PRIVACY POLICY

1. SUMMARY

• The App is a single-player 3D racing game built with SwiftUI & SceneKit.
• We do not operate our own account system or login.
• We do not sell personal data.
• Gameplay progress is stored locally on your device.
• Optional Apple Game Center features may process data under Apple’s policies.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 On-device game data

The App stores local progress such as currency, unlocked tracks (Coastal, Alpine, Neon, Desert), vehicle upgrades, race counts, and best lap times using on-device storage (iOS UserDefaults). This data stays on your device.

2.2 Game Center (optional)

If you sign in to Apple Game Center, Apple may process your Game Center identity, scores, and leaderboard submissions (`velocity_unleashed_bestlap`). That processing is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

2.3 What we do NOT collect

• No name, email, or password collected by the App itself
• No precise location tracking for gameplay
• No contact list, photos, microphone, or camera access
• No third-party ad networks or tracking SDKs
• No sale of personal information
