1. APP STORE NUTRITION LABEL SUMMARY

This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS application Velocity Unleashed (Bundle ID: com.velocityunleashed.app), published by Velocity Unleashed.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTION & USE

2.1 On-Device Local Data

The App stores local gameplay data (such as career race progress, unlocked tracks, vehicle upgrades, currency, and best lap times) directly on your device using iOS UserDefaults and local sandboxed storage. This data never leaves your device unless backed up via standard Apple iCloud device backups.

2.2 Apple Game Center (Optional)

If you optionally sign in to Apple Game Center, Apple may process your Game Center ID, player avatar, and leaderboard submissions (e.g. velocity_unleashed_bestlap). This processing is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can play the full game without signing into Game Center.

2.3 Information We DO NOT Collect

• No personal names, email addresses, or phone numbers in-game
• No location data or IP tracking for advertising
• No contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access
• No third-party analytics SDKs (e.g. Meta, Firebase, Google Analytics)
• No commercial data brokers or ad network SDKs

3. DATA RETENTION & DELETION RIGHTS (GUIDELINE 5.1.1(V))

Because we do not operate remote user accounts, all your gameplay data resides entirely on your device.

• Deleting Local Data: You can completely erase all local game data at any time by uninstalling the Velocity Unleashed app from your iOS device or clearing App Data via iOS Settings.
• Game Center Scores: You can manage or delete your Game Center leaderboard entries through your Apple ID settings in iOS ➜ Settings ➜ Game Center.
• Data Deletion Requests: For any privacy questions or data requests, contact us at privacy@velocityunleashed.ca.

4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA & AGE RATING 4+)

Velocity Unleashed is rated Age 4+ on the Apple App Store. We do not knowingly request, collect, or store personal information from children under the age of 13. The game contains no social features, open chat, or third-party behavioral advertising.
