1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Velocity Unleashed or visiting velocityunleashed.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.

2. FAIR PLAY & MULTIPLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT

Velocity Unleashed is engineered for competitive, skill-based motorsport. To protect the integrity of the racing experience, all players must adhere to fair play standards:

  • No Cheating or Exploits: Memory injection, automated inputs, physics manipulation, or tampering with deterministic lap timestamps is strictly prohibited.
  • Leaderboard Integrity: Any lap time or ghost data detected as physically impossible by the 240Hz validation clock will be purged from Game Center leaderboards.
  • Multiplayer Decorum: Unsportsmanlike conduct, intentional network disconnection during ranked duels, or harassment will result in temporary or permanent matchmaking restrictions.

3. VIRTUAL ITEMS & IN-APP PURCHASES

Velocity Unleashed offers optional in-app purchases processed securely via Apple StoreKit 2:

  • Full Game Unlock: Grants perpetual access to all circuits, unlimited championship career mode, and advanced vehicle customization across all devices linked to your Apple ID.
  • Non-Consumable License: Unlocks are non-consumable digital licenses tied to your Apple ID and can be restored at any time via the in-game "Restore Purchases" button.
  • Refunds: All payments and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. in accordance with App Store customer support policies.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & TRADEMARKS

All proprietary algorithms, 3D vehicle meshes, circuit geometries, custom shaders, visual effects, and sound synthesizer assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Velocity Unleashed. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license for entertainment purposes only.
